Yes/No Questions
Invert the subject and verb. The verb always comes first in a yes/no question.
Statement: Jij werkt hier. → Question: Werk jij hier?
Ben jij Nederlands? Are you Dutch?

Open Questions with Question Words
Question word → finite verb → subject → rest of sentence.
Wat wil jij drinken? What do you want to drink?
